We have established a joint venture relationship with partners who also have a track record of success in building and development within the driving range sector.

Caxton Property Developments
Caxton Property Developments is a privately owned, Sydney based, property development company established in 1998.
Their early projects were focused on the industrial sector in the inner west of Sydney. The Group has successfully completed over a dozen projects from small subdivisions to high rise towers on the NSW north coast.
They also developed one of Australia’s leading driving range facilities, Thornleigh Golf Centre and were a partner in the facility until recently selling down their interest to another party. The Caxton Group has a strong track record of delivering quality projects over an extended period. Reputation and longevity are the keys to the group’s success.
