Share your company or primary account details (including ABN) and the nominated email you’d like to use for bookings. One of our staff will then reach out to you to organise payment and setup your membership account.Check your inbox
Once your membership account is setup, you’ll receive a welcome email with your personal login details for our Your Golf Booking (YGB) system.- Activate your account
Follow the link to set your password and get instant access to your member portal. Book your sessions online
Use your YGB portal to book Driving Range sessions (with club hire if needed) or Mini Golf games anytime. Please note: phone bookings are only available during your initial concierge walkthrough.- Get your access code
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a unique access code to start your Driving Range session or check in for Mini Golf.

Your $4950 membership gives you exactly that much in credit to use on driving range and mini golf. Plus, that credit stretches even further with the booking discounts you receive as part of this membership. If you use all of your credit in the 25% discounted saver times, your credit will be worth $6,600 in actual value!
Memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
No, you can recharge your membership which will be valid for another 12-months.
Unused credits expire at the end of your 12-month term. They cannot be rolled over, refunded, or exchanged.
All bookings must be made through our website via the Your Golf Booking (YGB) online portal using your membership login.
A standard driving range bay can accommodate up to 6 players, though we recommend 4 for the best experience. Multiple bays can be booked next to each other for larger group play.
For mini golf, up to 6 players can play in a group, and you can have as many groups playing together as the course can accommodate
No. Club hire is included at no cost.
Saver and Standard times refer to off-peak and peak periods respectively. A guide is included in your Welcome Pack. You can also view the current times for each activity here: Driving Range and Mini Golf.
Yes, you can combine two room hire credits to book a full-day session, subject to availability.
AV, whiteboards, tables/chairs, and basic setup are included. Catering and additional tech can be arranged separately, fees may apply.

Membership Access and Usage
- One primary Corporate Account owner will be assigned per membership to manage and authorise all bookings and usage at SF venues.
- All activities are fully redeemable and transferable across team members, clients and guests SF disclaims all liability for any unauthorised access, misuse, or security breaches arising from shared use of administrator login credentials.

Function and Event Spaces
- 6 free half day room hire included per year
- Up to 24 guests
- For additional guests, a fee may be applicable
- Combining half days to create a full day or multi day is permitted via redeeming using multiple credits.

- Membership Packages are valid for 12-months only from the date of activation (Membership Term)
- Membership Packages prices are fixed for the Membership Term. SF reserves its right to change or modify pricing for any renewal of the Membership Term at its full discretion.
- Any unused membership benefits are forfeited at the expiry of the relevant Membership Term and non-refundable or non-exchangeable for cash or credit

- Misue or breach of terms (e.g. unauthorised bookings, resale of benefits, membership not used for intended purposes) may result in the membership being suspended or terminated
- Terms may be updated at any time at SF’s sole discretion
- Not to be used with any other offer
- Room hire cancellations 7 days’ notice.
- Additional charges may apply for AV setup, room resets, catering minimums, or exceeding guest numbers.
- Data privacy and sharing – all personal data collected as part of the membership will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and not shared with third parties without consent.
- Force majeure – in cases of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID closures, natural disasters), Swing Factory reserves the right to amend membership access or offer reasonable extensions.
